As you develop and grow your business, it so important to create a support system that you can rely on to test your ideas, ask you important questions, check your impulses, and cheer you on. With years of partnership experience, I can be that collaborator. And you don't have to give up a huge part of your business to get the benefits of a partnership. Thats the beauty of our work together.
The Process
1. Introductory Alignement Call - This is a 30 minute call for us to see how we might fit together. Prior to the call, I'll send you some questions to answer that will give us a place to start.
2. At the end of the call, if we both feel we are a good fit for one another, I send a more in-depth questionaire and prepare an estimate to go with the perameters we set in the first call.
3. After we both sign the contract, we have a 2-3 hour initial deep dive meeting to go get to know one another and for me to get to know your business, your motivations, and start to figure out where you are in the process.
4. The next three meetings will be all about me learning about you, your business, your goals, and your challenges. This is where trust and confidence is built between us.
5. We begin to work out the challenges, celebrate the wins, and gain ground and growth! There are two1hr long conversations a week, plus unlimited ability to email me (please allow 24 work day hours for response), and last minute texting access in an emergency. If you would like to me take on additional specific projects, that can be billed hourly or built into the contract.
6. Depending on your goals, our contract can come to a close after the initial timeframe, or it can be renewed in 3 month intervals.
