Hello

Your relationships with your consultants are not simply transactional. I'm here to invest in your dreams and your future, and like all relationships, ours will develop over time. I love getting to know people and hearing about their story, but until I have the chance to hear yours, here is a bit of mine...

My Story

From the outside eye, my journey can seem like a patchwork of unexpected turns — from the stage to the massage table to entrepreneurship. But through it all, there’s been a golden thread: connection. Connection to one another, to ourselves, and to something greater than any one of us.

Growing up in a military family meant constant movement and change, but it also taught me how to adapt and build community wherever I landed. Theater arts became my first love — a place where teamwork, trust, and shared purpose brought something beautiful to life. That same spirit carried me into massage therapy, where I discovered the power of helping people reconnect with themselves in meaningful, healing ways.

In 2012, I opened my first wellness practice in Providence, blending the warmth of a spa with the precision of therapeutic care. Over the next decade, I grew it into a thriving, award-winning business that touched tens of thousands of lives. I also created a coworking space designed to support working mothers, and along the way, became a mother twice over myself.

After selling my practice in 2024, I took a year to pause, breathe, and reflect. What I found was clarity — that what truly fulfills me is creating spaces where people can do purposeful work, together, in environments that support their wholeness. Every decision, every connection, every conversation matters.

That’s the heart of The Woven — a consulting practice built to help teams and organizations create workplaces where people feel seen, supported, and part of something meaningful.

With abundance and gratitude,
Shannon Sexton Potter
